Meet Lee

This is personal for Lee.

Lee’s interest in PRP grew from his own hair-restoration journey. After having a hair transplant himself, he became fascinated by the treatment, the science behind it and the difference that careful ongoing support can make.

Lee works full time as a frontline paramedic and runs PAL3 Medical on his rest days. The same calm manner, clinical awareness and attention to detail shape every appointment. He keeps his training, treatment protocols and product knowledge current so clients feel informed, supported and safe throughout their journey.

Hair & scalp

Hair PRP, shaped by personal experience.

Lee understands how personal hair loss can feel. After having a hair transplant himself, he developed a genuine interest in the science, treatment journey and ongoing care that can support stronger-looking hair.

Hair PRP may be considered to support

  • Early to moderate pattern hair loss
  • Thinning through the crown or parting
  • Preservation of existing viable hair follicles
  • Hair and scalp care following transplantation

Hair loss has different causes. Lee considers the pattern, timing, health history and products used between sessions so the plan supports the whole hair-growth journey.

The science beneath the surface

What is PRP doing under the skin?

Think of PRP as a concentrated biological signal rather than a filler. It is prepared from a small sample of your own blood and placed precisely into the treatment area.

  1. 01
    Platelets release signals

Growth factors and signalling proteins communicate with nearby cells involved in normal repair.

  2. 02
    Local processes respond

These signals may support circulation, collagen activity and gradual tissue remodelling.

  3. 03
    Change develops over time

The aim is a healthier tissue environment, with progress building gradually across an appropriate treatment course.

HairSupports the environment around viable follicles and stronger-looking hair.

SkinSupports collagen, elasticity and brighter, firmer-looking skin.

Joints & tendonsSupports the body’s repair response as part of a considered rehabilitation plan.

Why clients choose PAL3

Care that feels personal, never rushed.

Clients travel to Tiverton from across the UK, including people who have previously sought treatment in London. What they value at PAL3 is the time Lee takes to explain every stage, answer questions and provide thoughtful continuity of care.

Lee’s aim is not simply to deliver a procedure. It is to make sure each client understands the plan, feels comfortable and knows they have support before, during and after treatment.
